STEP 2: Receive a Complete Price Quote and Lanyard Proof

Once you've sent us your quote request, our Lanyard Lab Technicians will review your information and prepare a complete price quote that includes all costs involved in creating custom lanyards for you. There are no hidden charges. Orders of 5,000 lanyards or less also come with free shipping. Your quote will be all-inclusive.

Along with the price quote, you will receive a digital proof depicting what your custom lanyards will look like when produced. This allows you to preview your lanyard design before ordering. If you require any changes at that point, we'll be happy to revise the design for you.

STEP 3: Place Your Order Ordering is easy - online or by phone.

Every price quote we send comes with a link to order online. Our secure web site allows you to conveniently review all of your order details, then place your order. Alternately, if you prefer to order over the phone, simply give us a call and we'll be happy to go over your order information with you. 

We store all quotes and orders placed with Lanyard Lab on our secure server. That means that you can always return to our web site to access your custom lanyard details and digital proofs. Plus, if you decide you need more of the same lanyards after you've received them, you can easily place a reorder online without filling out the full price quote request form again.

STEP 4: Track and Receive Your Custom Lanyards We'll keep you informed.

We try to make the experience of ordering a custom product online mirror that of standard retail shopping. As with any other online store, after placing your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know that we have received your order and that we will begin production immediately. Once our factory has produced your custom lanyards, we will e-mail you again with a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment until it reaches you. 

Different lanyard styles require different materials and production techniques, so delivery times vary both by style and quantity ordered. But we will always give an estimated delivery date when you place your order. If you need your lanyards by a specific date, we will make sure they are delivered by your deadline.
